Admins can create collections to group cards by topic.
To create a collection, select the + ADD COLLECTION button from the Admin menu. Enter the Collection title, and select the collection visibility.
Collections follow the same user permissions as cards: the entire collections will be visible to any user with a relationship to the owner organization at the prescribed level.
Because of this, you should be careful not to violate any permission agreements when exposing content through collections.
Except for this permission, cards behave exactly the same in collections, including:
- Obeying a user's compliance rules
- Enabling individual sharing / addition to libraries
