Client Campaigns enable users to communicate with their clients through email. These campaigns are intended to reach an audience outside the Gainfully platform.
Note that permissions for this feature are determined by users' home office.
To send a client campaign message, navigate to the Campaigns feature and select New Campaign.
Next, select your Audience. The audience will always be one of your custom lists of Clients. Learn more about creating Client lists here.
Multiple Client lists can be added to the Audience of a given client campaign message.
Next, add an email subject and begin crafting your message. The email subject will be visible to all client recipients.
Note that you also have the option to add an email template, if your home office has created and approved templates for your use.
You have the option to personalize your message with the formatting menu, as well as the menu of substitution tags.
You can also add cards from your member organization, or from your library.
Select Preview to preview your email message, and Test to send a test email message to yourself.
